The picture of these Brants in flight was taken with the CANON EOS 7D and the CANON 100-400 lens. There must have been at least 5000 Brants at Jones Beach on Saturday. And there were a bunch on hunters, because we kept hearing gunshots nearby which kept the birds in flight for the hour we were watching.
