Blackpoll Warbler

It is getting more difficult to get a picture of the fall migrating warblers as the season slows down. I was happy to be able to spend some time with a couple of Blackpoll Warblers in the maintenance yard in Central Park yesterday as they popped into view for moments at a time.

Peregrine Falcon Portrait

We had a beautiful day at the Prospect Park Raptor fest. It was wonderful to be able to get a capture of this magnificient bird.

Ruby-throated Hummingbird in flight

It Is always a special time when the Ruby-throated Hummingbirds migrate through the New York Botanical Gardens. The combination of the Garden’s exquisite flowers and these magical birds make for a wonderful image.
